The holidays are all about baking, but you can’t be a serious baker without a Silpat. These silicone baking sheet liners are key staples for baking anything. These re-useable non-stick mats don’t need any greasing and conveniently roll up for storage. Today, we’re giving away a whole set of Silpats: 1 plain half sheet liner, 1 cookie liner, 1 pretzel liner and 1 macaron liner. These Silpats give you outlines to make perfectly shaped cookies or perfectly shaped pretzels. They’re a must in any kitchen! I was just baking some cookies yesterday and thinking how it’s about time that get some of these!

A must have for any baker! I lost my set in our move a year ago and my cookies haven’t been the same. Would love to win these.

Last week I attempted to make my first batch of fruit leather. A delicious blend of homegrown Fuyu persimmon and spiced pears. I followed the directions to a recipe and carefully spread the mixture on parchment paper and popped it into my beautiful Wedgewood stove to dry.
The fruit leather stuck to the parchment paper and was ruined! All that beautiful organic fruit wasted.
Silpat mats would have saved the day!
I won’t attempt this recipe again without Silpat’s help.

Silpats are one of the great baking essentials! I’d love to have the whole suite of silpats!

OMG, a Macaron liner??!!! Want! Need! Must have!!! My Silpats are in such poor shape and I desperately need new ones (someone in my house thought it would be smart to use a very sharp knife when cutting crackers on them-bad idea). 😉
