Heirloom Tomatoes // HonestlyYUM

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped ripe heirloom tomatoes (~2 large heirloom tomatoes)
  • pinch of salt

Directions:

  • Core the heirloom tomatoes.
  • Add the tomatoes to your blender, along with a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
  • Strain the tomato puree through a fine mesh strainer. Store in the refrigerator, or use right away in a bloody mary!
