Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped ripe heirloom tomatoes (~2 large heirloom tomatoes)
- pinch of salt
Directions:
- Core the heirloom tomatoes.
- Add the tomatoes to your blender, along with a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the tomato puree through a fine mesh strainer. Store in the refrigerator, or use right away in a bloody mary!
