You just have to take a look through my kitchen to know how much I love Staub products. This matte black with brass knob cast-iron Oval Cocotte is already seasoned and is perfect for searing and braising meats or for cooking hearty soups. It’s a staple in my kitchen and I use mine all winter long. To go with the Oval Cocotte, we’re also giving away a set of 3 matching Mini Cocottes, which are absolutely adorable!
